The game involves actual local businesses featured as prestigious real estate properties available for sale. And the best part: everyone wins...your organization, the business community, individual patrons and game purchasers!

Local business owners purchase permanent advertising squares around the perimeter of the real estate board game. Your organization chooses the artwork to appear in the center of the game board. Our program offers three levels of ad spaces: regular, premium and corners - each category with its own price. The ads are priced to appeal to businesses of all sizes, as well as individual professionals.
Your organization will receive 200 games free to sell at the recommended price of $25.00 per game - netting your organization $5,000.00. The first 300 patrons who pre-order a game from your organization, prior to printing, will have their family names printed in the the border surrounding the center artwork. Naturally, if you have more than 200 pre-purchased games and/or anticipate sales to exceed the 200 free games, additional games may be purchased at a reduced rate, as specified on the contract. Your organization keeps ALL the profits from the sales of the games!
